This feeling led me to reflect deeply on self-esteem, self-confidence, and the importance of being true to oneself.


Engaging in personal development has become a rich part of my life. I've been listening to podcasts and reading books focused on trauma, healing, love, and kindness. Just when I felt I was making progress, life threw an unexpected twist my way. My friend Josh paid a surprise visit, setting off a chain of events that would lead us to an enlightening psychedelic experience.
